En Route Support Group

All are welcome! This group explores complex trauma and introduces you to the tools you may need for recovery. 

 

En Route runs every Monday from 3:45pm to 5pm in the Community Room at Aegis Health Group 1883 Turner Road. It is a FREE, drop-in group.
